Visual Harmony: A sophisticated palette of neutral tones and premium finishes was selected, integrating Travertine panels and treated wood accents into the facades. This combination gives the structure a timeless and sustainable character.

Light & Transparency: The design features expansive vertical windows to flood the interiors with natural light. Integrated Hidden LED lighting systems highlight the architectural massing at night, creating a dramatic, cinematic presence.
